What should I do if my expected delivery date has passed, where is my order?

Due to many events (such as holiday peak periods, Christmas, etc.), your delivery may be delayed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do, just allow us an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order does not arrive by then, please contact our customer service and we will see what is happening for you.

Do not return the item without first showing us the photos. Otherwise, we will not be able to find an appropriate solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
