Return and Refund Policy

Return process
Have you changed your mind and decided to return the items? To start the return process, please first send us an email at info@novant.fr. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached. After receiving our confirmation, please pack the items in their original packaging. You must send the items using an appropriate shipping company that provides tracking as you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse, and you must also cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
When we receive the return package, we will inspect it and refund your money within 5 days via the original payment method.
Cancellation
Have you changed your mind and want to cancel your order? You can do so by sending an email from the moment the order is placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.
We accept exchanges
If you need to exchange your new order, please send us an email at info@novant.fr and we will assist you with the procedure.
Defective or incorrect product
We apologize if your product was damaged during transport or if you received the wrong item. If this happens, please take photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the problem for you.
