Return process
Have you changed your mind and decided to return the items? To start the return process, please first email us at support@novants.com. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. After receiving our confirmation, please pack the items in their original packaging. You must send the items using a suitable shipping company that provides tracking, as you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. You must also cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
When we receive the return package, we will inspect it and refund your money within 5 days via the original payment method.
Cancelation
Have you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order? You can do so by sending an email as soon as the order is placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.
We accept exchanges
If you need to exchange your new order, please email us at support@novants.com and we will help you with the procedure.
Defective or incorrect product
We apologize if your product was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. If this happens, please take photos of the problem and contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue for you.
