Key information:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday )
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday )
  • Free delivery for all orders in France, Belgium, Canada, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, Australia, United States, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Portugal.

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1 to 2 business days. If you order before 12:00 PM, we will begin processing your order the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). We offer free shipping on all orders within France.

Cancelation

Have you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order? You can do so by sending an email as soon as the order is placed. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.

Delayed orders

Due to numerous events (such as peak holiday periods, Christmas, etc.), your delivery may be delayed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do; please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order does not arrive by then, please contact our customer service team, and we will look into the matter further.

Defective or incorrect product

We apologize if your product was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. If this happens, please take photos of the problem and contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue for you.
